The Future of Health Care Delivery in Louisiana Summit 2015

A statewide summit was held on January 21, 2015 in Baton Rouge for health care providers, insurers, employers, and policymakers to discuss key issues and share emerging innovations and best practices related to health care delivery models that improve health care outcomes and lower costs.
