CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT FOR NURSES: This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by Louisiana State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (Activity number: LSNA-100611741-2020). A maximum of 6.0 contact hours may be earned by attending both days.

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT FOR SOCIAL WORKERS: This activity has been approved by LSU School of Social Work for Social Work CEUs for a maximum of 5.75 contact hours.

Certificates will be awarded based on sessions attended and completion of the evaluation that will be emailed to you following the Summit.

1. There are no conflicts of interest with any individual in control of content for this educational activity. 

2. Following the Summit, you will receive an email with a link to the program evaluation. When you receive the link to the evaluation, please indicate the credit you are requesting – Nursing or Social Work.

3. You will have 3 weeks to complete the evaluation in order to receive your continuing education credit.

4. Upon receipt of your completed evaluation, you will receive a link to obtain your CE certificate.
